SUMMARY:Cuyahoga Valley National Park challenge
DESCRIPTION:https://runsignup.com/Race/OH/Hudson/FullOnCVNP?raceRefCode=ByHKheis \nCVNP is offering a challenge from December 2025 to June 30\, 2026. I know the time frame\, we are half way through but this weather has been brutal this winter season. I created a group called\, Trail Sisters\, if you are interested in doing this with Valerie and I. We can use these hikes as our weekly hikes. We can star scheduling the hikes as early as next week\, weather dependent. \nYou will have six months to hike\, run\, and explore every trail in Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP). This can be done virtually or in person. We will provide the maps\, the ability to log your progress\, and route guides. The guides will provide you history\, folklore\, trivia\, and other information to help you enjoy our favorite trail routes as much as we do! The routes are between three and seven miles in length. Log and track your progress on your activity timeline which includes a progress bar. As you log your progress\, you will receive milestone badges to celebrate your accomplishment. \n\n\n10% of your registration fee will be donated to support the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s mission to enrich people’s lives and enhance our region by inspiring use\, preservation and support of CVNP.\n\n\nWHAT’S NEW FOR THIS YEAR\n\n\nAdditional routes in the Brecksville Reservation and Summit Metro Parks for you over achievers!\n\n\nNew content contributed by local geologist Susan Staben Richards.\n\n\nA listing of area hiking groups that welcome new members to help keep you motivated and for those that like to have a little company on the trails.\n\n\nINCLUDED WITH YOUR REGISTRATION\n\n\nPrivate Facebook Group\, a place where we can all share the highlights of our adventures.\n\n\nCreate/Join a Team and track your progress together.\n\n\nEasy method to record your progress. A progress bar is provided to help you and share how far along the way you are to accomplishing the entire route.\n\n\nVirtual Milestone Badges as you report your mileage to celebrate your success/accomplishments!\n\n\nRoute Guides containing maps and details on each section\, including history\, folklore\, trail notes\, significant features\, and other applicable information.\n\n\nWe will email the complete route guide to you 1-2 days after you register STARTING DECEMBER 26th!\n\n\n\n\nAll routes will be provided via PDF and also on AllTrails. AllTrails is a free app that will enable you to navigate each route on your SmartPhone.\n\n\nShare your photos! Upload photos to document your journey and share with others.

SUMMARY:Mandan Park Interval Run
DESCRIPTION:Let’s explore the newly remodeled Mandan Park! We will be doing walk/run intervals (30 seconds run/60 seconds walking.) The trails there are around 3.5 to 4 miles\, we will take breaks and check in to make sure everyone can keep up with the group. Enter from 13th and Harrison and park at the first lot or if that is full there are parking spaces  at the visitors center which is not far from there.
